I was so happy to spend an afternoon outside for these fall family pictures in Columbia, MO! This has been the most beautiful October I can remember in mid-MO. Only seems right that folks should include all of this colorful foliage in their photos!
When Leigh Ann first reached out about family pictures, she mentioned that they live in a neighborhood that could work as a location. That was the understatement of the year. This neighborhood had it all–a beautiful lake, woodsy paths, and backdrops of color like you wouldn’t believe. With four girls in the family, I knew it would be fun to do some portraits of just the kids. These girls were so patient and easy to photograph. Some of my favorites from the day ended up being the individual close up portraits I did with my macro lens.
As a mom of two young kiddos, I only now realize how true the old adage is, “They grow up so fast”. If you want professional family photos to remember these days, please reach out to me.
