Photographing weddings in the Midwest and New England has been way more fun than I thought possible… and the month of August was no exception. I think this past month has been our busiest month ever as wedding photographers! We photographed a coastal wedding on Cape Cod, a Great Gatsby-style wedding eco-friendly wedding at an old mansion in Rhode Island, and a wedding at an old girls camp in Massachusetts, just to name a few. We also shot a wedding at a rustic venue in MA with a big red barn, and it reminded us so much of one of our favorite wedding venues near Kansas City– the Weston Red Barn in Weston, MO.

We’ll be back in Columbia, MO on Nov. 1st this year, and are looking forward to documenting weddings in our home state for the late fall and spring season… starting with a wedding at the Loose Mansion in KC in mid-November!
