Although the rustic and outdoor wedding venues near Columbia, MO are few and far between, the Blue Bell Farm in Fayette is one of the best in the state. This working farm has a stunning Scandinavian style white barn for a wedding reception and is surrounded by a landscape that makes for some amazing photo opportunities.

Here are some of our best vintage style engagement photos from a recent outdoor photography session with Annie and Rick on the property. Favorite discoveries included a grapevine arbor, a secret rustic barn filled with antique treasures and the perfect place for a picnic.

Thanks to Annie for wearing some of the most killer cowboy boots we’ve ever laid our lenses on, and bringing the sweet picnic basket and vintage books to the shoot!
